  12.      documentation, and executable code as you receive it, in any
  13.      medium, provided that you conspicuously and appropriately
  14.      publish on each copy a valid copyright notice "Copyright
  15.      1994 by Nederware"; keep intact the notices on all files
  16.      that refer to this License Agreement and to the absence of
  17.      any warranty; PROVIDE UNMODIFIED COPIES OF THE DOCUMENTATION
  18.      AS PROVIDED WITH THE PROGRAM; and give any other recipients
  19.      of this Borland Pascal Debug kit a copy of this License
  20.      Agreement along with the program. You may charge a
  21.      distribution fee for the physical act of transferring a
  22.      copy, but no more than is necessary to recover your actual
  23.      costs incurred in the transfer. Under no circumstances is
  24.      the Borland Pascal Debug Kit to be distributed in such a way

  29.      explicit consent to include this kit on any media they think

  32. 2)   You may use the Borland Pascal Debug Kit for a 30-day
  33.      evaluation period on a private, non-commercial basis, for
  34.      the express purpose of determining whether this kit is suitable
  35.      for your needs. At the end of this 30-day evaluation period,
  36.      you must either purchase a license from Nederware for
  37.      continued use of this kit, or discontinue using the Borland
  38.      Pascal Debug Kit. See REGISTRATION.FRM for details about
  39.      purchasing a license.

  41. 3)   As a user with license you are entitled to FREE updates.
  42.      FREE updates is FREE of extra cost outside shipping and
  43.      handling, usually not more than $6.00. If you have
  44.      CompuServe access it is possible to upload new software to
  45.      you using CompuServe's binary file transfer function. The
  46.      total cost of this process is for the user. The cost of this
  47.      is estimated to be about $6.00.

  49. 4)   A license is valid for one person only! You need a license for any
  50.      employee using this software. You don't need a seperate license for
  51.      an employee if their is no possibility they can use the software at
  52.      the same time (book concept, see your Borland Pascal license).

  54.      time, you need a license for all of them.
